4.2 Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions, you agree to pay all fees according to the pricing and payment terms in effect at the time. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.

4.3 Billing Cycle

Monthly subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. Lifetime subscriptions are billed once. You will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.

4.4 Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled at any time, with access continuing until the end of the current billing period. Lifetime subscriptions are non-refundable after 30 days from purchase. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused portions of service.

4.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHATBOT BUILDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ChatBot Builder and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
